Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vektori (“we”, “us”) for using the Vektori website and app (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use Vektori for a company, you agree for that company, and “you” means both you and it.

1. The Service

Vektori is software that helps TikTok sellers run creator programs: finding creators, sending invites and messages, tracking results and posting content to accounts you connect. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and access

  • Vektori is invite-only. You can use it only with a login we issue to you or your team.
  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your login and your team’s logins.
  • Tell us right away at ericsinyuk21@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Connected TikTok accounts

  • You may connect only accounts and shops you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You approve each connection on TikTok’s own page, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • You must follow TikTok’s terms, policies and limits when you use the Service. TikTok controls its platform and may change or limit what Vektori can do.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and information you add to Vektori or bring in from your connected accounts. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send spam, harassing or misleading messages to creators or anyone else;
  • break the law, including advertising and endorsement disclosure rules for creator partnerships;
  • try to get around TikTok’s limits or rules, or anyone’s privacy settings;
  • access the Service in ways it wasn’t designed for, overload it, or try to break its security;
  • resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.

6. AI Assistant and experimental features

Some features, including the AI Assistant’s suggestions and drafts, are AI-based or marked experimental. They may be wrong or incomplete, can change or stop without notice, and should be checked by a person before you rely on them.

7. Fees

Pricing is agreed with you directly before you are charged. If fees apply to your account, you agree to pay them as agreed.

8. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services such as TikTok and our hosting providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services or changes to them.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Vektori at any time and ask us to delete your information. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 12 continue after your use ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring any particular sales or results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs that come from your content, your messages to creators or your breaking these terms or the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
