Privacy Policy

Vektori (“we”, “us”) makes tools that help TikTok sellers run their creator programs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Vektori, how we use it and the choices you have. Vektori is invite-only: you can only use it with a login we give you.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address or username, and password, which are handled by our sign-in provider (Google Firebase Authentication). We never see your password in plain text.
- Shop authorization tokens. When you connect a TikTok seller or creator account, you approve it on TikTok’s own page and TikTok sends us access and refresh tokens. They let Vektori act only within the permissions you approved. We store them encrypted and never share them.
- Creator and video data from official APIs. Through TikTok’s official APIs and the permissions you approved, we receive information such as shop and product details, creator profiles, collaborations and invites, messages with creators, sample requests, sales linked to creators, and video and account statistics.
- Content you add. Videos, captions, messages, lists and notes you create or upload in Vektori.
- Public creator information. To help you find creators, we may also use publicly available profile and video information, such as follower counts and recent posts.
- Technical information. Basic logs our hosting provider keeps, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To run the features you use: searching for creators, sending invites and messages, tracking results and posting videos.
- To act on TikTok only when you ask, for example sending an invite or posting a video you chose.
- To keep Vektori secure, fix problems and improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and run Vektori for us, such as Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, storage and sign-in).
- AI providers, only when the optional AI Assistant is turned on, to process the text or video that feature needs.
- TikTok, when you ask us to do something on your connected account.
- The law, if we are required to share information by law or to protect our rights and users.
These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Disconnecting and deleting your data
- Disconnect a shop or account at any time from Shop accounts or Creator accounts inside Vektori. We delete its stored tokens right away and can no longer reach it. You can also remove Vektori’s access from your TikTok account settings.
- Delete your data by emailing ericsinyuk21@gmail.com. We will delete your account and the information we hold about you within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Otherwise we keep your information while your account is active.
Security
Only people with a login we issued can use Vektori, and access to connected accounts is limited to the team that connected them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing ericsinyuk21@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honour them.
Children
Vektori is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
